This Agreement entitles the Subscriber to use the Grontmij ProjectWeb in accordance with the "Conditions of Sale and Delivery, version 1.2", for the Grontmij ProjectWeb. The Agreement will automatically be renewed every third month and will be valid until terminated by one of the Parties. Either Party can terminate the Agreement by giving one month's prior written notice to expire on the last day of any quarter. Grontmij will forward password and invoice to the person stated above to be the Contact of Grontmij within the Customer's organisation. It is the Customer's responsibility to see that the combination of user name and password is kept in such a way that unauthorised use is impossible.
